We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

TheBusinessClassFly provides travel booking services, including business class and first class flight reservations, concierge travel assistance, and related services. We act as a travel agent and consolidator, meaning we book flights on behalf of airlines and other travel suppliers.

  • We are not an airline and do not operate any flights.
  • Flight schedules, availability, and fares are subject to change by the operating airline.
  • We source fares through consolidator agreements that may not be available through airline websites directly.
  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through TheBusinessClassFly are subject to availability and fare conditions at the time of booking. Prices quoted are valid for the date and time of the quote only and may change until full payment is received.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold a fare at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is required prior to ticket issuance.
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and Affirm financing.
  • Credit card transactions may be subject to a processing fee disclosed at time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the airline, fare type, and booking conditions. General terms include:

  • Most consolidator fares are non-refundable but may allow date changes for a fee.
  • Our service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
  • Airline-imposed change fees apply in addition to any fare difference.
  • Name changes are generally not permitted after ticket issuance.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. Frequent Flyer Miles

Frequent flyer mile accrual on consolidator fares depends on the airline and the specific fare basis code. While most of our fares earn miles at the same rate as published fares in the same cabin, some discounted fares may earn at a reduced rate. Your agent will advise you of the applicable earning rate prior to booking.

6. Travel Documentation

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any health-related documentation required by the destination country and any transit countries. TheBusinessClassFly accepts no liability for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheBusinessClassFly acts as an agent for airlines and other travel suppliers. We are not liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
